Terms and conditions
Keys: When renting a room or apartment, a system key is handed out. Lost keys are replaced with DKK 500 plus VAT.
Final cleaning: When renting an apartment, you take care of the cleaning yourself. Final cleaning can be purchased for DKK 500 plus VAT.
Delivery: We deliver and stay with you for half an hour and help with set-up / serving. Additional assistance can be purchased for DKK 475 + VAT. pr. hour.
Possibly. borrowed service is returned cleaned to our kitchen no later than 2 days after the event.
Reservation fee: When ordering an event in - or out of the house, a reservation fee of DKK 2,500 is paid. This amount is finally deducted from the invoice when the day is over and all drinks etc. have been counted.
In case of cancellation of the event, the paid booking fee will not be refunded.
Cancellation insurance for weekend stays or farm holidays costs 10% of the value of the stay. If canceled within 30 days prior to arrival, the full value of the stay will be refunded, less the cancellation insurance. If canceled within 14 days before arrival, 75% of the amount paid minus the cancellation insurance will be refunded. No refund in case of later cancellation.
Betaling: When paying by credit card, 3% is charged. Payment can be made with Mobilepay and cash. We only post-invoice for business. For parties and events out of the house and farm holidays, payment is made by ordering via bank. When ordering, we send a confirmation / invoice by email, after which there is an 8-day payment deadline, after which the reservation is finally confirmed.
Kulinariske Kildegaarden has received support through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, LAG-SØM (http://www.lag-soem.dk). The support includes the construction of an industrial kitchen and a holiday apartment in 2016. And support for an outdoor area for guests as well as another holiday apartment in 2020. The purpose of the support is development in food tourism and business.
